Verder breaks new ground to attract qualified employees

In the Netherlands, like in most European countries, the shortage of qualified employees in various sectors has become a major challenge for recruiters. To attract well-educated candidates, Verder is trying out new ways of recruiting.

In collaboration with boinq®, a specialist in multimedia recruitment, Verder has recorded a podcast. This podcast offers a behind-the-scenes look at the Verder Group as an employer. In the employer stories series, Marjanne van de Koolwijk, International HR Manager at Verder, and Jeroen van Oosterhout, Marketing Director at Verder Liquids, are interviewed by Bas Resink. In this podcast, they talk about everything related to the Verder DNA and what Verder’s way of Enabling (Your) Progress offers current and potential new employees.

For Marjanne and Jeroen, recording the podcast was a new experience, but they are proud of the result.
