Verder Group Acquires Majority Stake in ITC
The Verder Group is proud to announce the successful acquisition of a majority stake in ITC, a highly regarded Spanish company renowned for its development and manufacturing of dosing pumps for agricultural and water treatment applications.
With this acquisition Verder Liquids (Verder’s Pump Division) further strengthens its position and accelerates the growth trajectory in the dosing pump market.
ITC
ITC, founded in 1993, has a manufacturing and assembly facility in Barcelona. The company supplies dosing pumps and control systems for agricultural and water treatment applications to its clients all over the world. With its complementary technology to Verder Liquids, this acquisition is an opportunity to enhance our product offering.
